NKOKHOTOH Civil & Construction is a company formed by Thabo Derrick Pakisi in 2017. This co-operative basically does Plumbing, Building, Civil Construction, flooring & other general services. This company is 100% male black owned & managed by HDI. We boast a true BBBEE status through 100% Black & PDI ownership. The founder of this company is seasoned by years, with practical experience on supervisory & managerial positions in Plumbing, Building & Civil Construction.
From 2021 August, the company has built 43 houses in ward 29 in Meyville including Retaining walls under NHBRC & Map Africa.
Also specialises in flooring, kitchen and built-in, vanities bar areas studies, tv stands etc.
